Before you schedule your inspection, you must register your rental property and obtain a Maryland Department of the Environment Tracking number.
We require a $50 deposit toward your visual and dust inspection. Your deposit is refundable when you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

- Lab Fees: $15 per test tube
- Re-Test Visit: $75/visit
