Accessibility features
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and form controls with visible focus indicators.
- A Skip to main content link on website pages.
- Programmatic labels, fieldsets, error summaries, and status messages on interactive forms.
- Responsive layouts intended to reflow at narrow widths and when text is enlarged.
- Reduced-motion support for users who request less animation.
- Text alternatives for meaningful website images where applicable.
Scrolling public-message banner
If an operational message is enabled at the top of the site, the animation pauses when a link in the banner receives keyboard focus or when the banner is hovered. For users who enable a reduced-motion preference, the message is displayed without horizontal animation and is allowed to wrap.
If you have difficulty using the site
If a page, form, control, or document is difficult to use with your browser or assistive technology, please use the Contact & Support form and choose Website or technical problem. Describe the page and the task you were trying to complete. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility testing is part of the staging acceptance process for website changes. Because technologies and content change over time, this page does not claim that every possible combination of browser and assistive technology is free of defects. Reported barriers will be reviewed for correction.
