What type of inspection do you need?

Full Risk Reduction InspectionNormally required before a new tenant moves into an affected rental property. The certificate generally expires after two years or at tenant turnover. Modified Risk Reduction InspectionFor certain written notices involving lead defects, a person at risk, an elevated blood-lead level, or a related environmental investigation.
