Information you choose to provide
Appointment and Contact & Support forms may ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, service-property information, appointment details, and the message or request you submit. Please provide only information needed for the request.
Payments
Deposit payments are completed on a secure hosted checkout page. Benison Lead Safety does not ask you to type a full payment-card number or card security code into its Contact & Support form. Payment status and transaction references needed to reconcile a booking may be stored with the appointment record.
How we use submitted information
- Review appointment eligibility, estimates, requested dates, and service areas.
- Create, confirm, update, or support appointment and service requests.
- Respond to Contact & Support cases and route urgent operational issues.
- Send customer acknowledgments and staff notifications.
- Protect forms against abuse, duplicate submissions, and automated traffic.
- Diagnose website or service problems using limited technical context when provided.
Service providers
The website and its forms rely on service providers used for hosting, cloud application processing, payment checkout, bot protection, transactional email, and production website measurement. Those providers process information according to their services and applicable agreements.
Analytics
Production website analytics are designed to measure page use and conversion events without sending form message contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, case references, or booking references as analytics event parameters. The staging test site is configured not to send production analytics.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to limit access to operational records. Records may be retained as needed for service delivery, payment reconciliation, business operations, security, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Do not use the website as a storage location for information unrelated to a request.
Questions or privacy requests
Use the Contact & Support form and choose the most appropriate topic. Do not include sensitive credentials or payment-card information in the message.
